OFFERS

EL.IND.CO. offers are valid 30 days unless a different term of validity is otherwise indicated.

EL.IND.CO. offers will contain all the necessary information for a possible order, i.e.complete product description, price, payment conditions.

PRICE LIST

The prices stated on EL.IND.CO. offers are intended in EUR, always excluded VAT.

EL.IND.CO. is allowed to modify the price list without previous advice.

DELIVERIES

The delivery of the products ordered to EL.IND.CO. is always intended ex-works unless different conditions are stated on the offer.

As far as the obligation of delivery is concerned, EL.IND.CO. declines any liability starting from the consignment of the goods to the buyer or to the transport company named by the buyer.

The deliveries are usually intended within 3 working days from the date of order receipt. Should events of any kind occure, not depending from EL.IND.CO., not allowing to fulfil deliveries in the agreed time, EL.IND.CO. is not binded in any case to compensate for damages.

PACKAGING

The packaging is included in the list-price unless it is quoted apart in the offer.

Upon request of the customer EL.IND.CO. can carry out special packages which have to be requested when asking for offer.

TRANSPORT

All freight charges are to be paid by the buyer and goods is sold ex-works. Other types of transport conditions have to be asked with the offer. The risks of the transport are totally at customer's charge. The goods is consigned to the customer starting from the pick-up of same from him or from a transport company at EL.IND.CO.

PAYMENTS

The terms and conditions of payment are indicated from EL.IND.CO. both on the offer and then on the invoice.

In case of delay on the terms of payment indicated on the invoice, interests on delayed payments will be debited corresponding to the monthly tax of 0,3%.

The interests will take effect from the due date to the actual date of payment.

GUARANTEE

See our GUARANTEE (paragraph 14) on our USER'S MANUAL supplied with each product sold.

REJECTIONS

All rejections have to be previously accepted by EL.IND.CO.

The goods must be exclusively sent free destination to the warehouse in Lissone. The products must be intact in their packages and complete with all the documentation attached when supplied.

The products to be repaired out of guarantee must always be sent after acceptation of EL.IND.CO. and always free destination.

COMPETENT COURT

For every controversy concerning validity and interpretation of the present general conditions of sales the Court in Monza is exclusively competent.

The present conditions are exclusively regulated by the Italian law.

For any legal and judicial controversy is valid what stated on the original in italian language.
